The solid wood house - The turbo for your marketing of projects & properties
Fast, sustainable and cost-effective project realization with solid wood elements makes your customers happy. 6-9 months construction time! Fixed price guarantee!

Whether single-family homes or residential complexes, kindergartens, schools or health centers, commercial or industrial buildings, with solid wood elements there are no limits for planners and architects in terms of design. With solid wood elements, architects are not subject to grid dimensions and can realize any shape and size.

Due to the high degree of prefabrication, planners and architects can reduce the construction time of the building project to be implemented by up to 50 %. This is an enormous advantage for your clients, especially due to the long approval time for building licenses in Mallorca. In addition to the speed with which building projects can be realized, planners and architects have enormous advantages, especially with regard to statics, natural humidity, cold and heat regulation, fire and noise protection with complete freedom of facade design. With solid wood elements, planners, architects and project developers have an unbeatable tool for sustainable, economical and diffusion-open building construction, especially for clients who value a fully ecological, glue-free, sustainable, decarbonizing construction method.
Solid wood elements are used as load-bearing components. Solid wood elements made of cross laminated timber (CLT) are used as load-bearing components. These are elements made from strength-graded boards with widths between 80 and 240 mm. The thickness of the boards is between 20 and 40 mm.
The individual layers are typically nailed flat at a 90° angle with aluminum pins approved for load-bearing purposes. This homogenizes the load-bearing behaviour as well as the swelling and shrinkage behaviour. The layer structure is possible in 3, 5 and 7 layers, the thickness of the individual layers results in panel thicknesses of 60 to 400 mm.
The maximum panel dimensions are determined by the maximum transport dimensions and are generally 3.5 meters wide and 16 meters long. The combination of longitudinal and transverse layers results in a variety of different superstructures which are used to optimize static, structural and fire protection aspects.

The top layers of the panels are also arranged either lengthwise (L-panels) or crosswise (C-panels) and are particularly suitable for ceiling and roof structures or for use as wall elements, depending on the structural requirements. Exceptional sorting processes and post-processing (sanding) of the panels also turns the structural cross laminated timber component into a design element with a finished visible surface if desired.
